Customer Service Representative is our first point of contact with potential and current clients when calling on the telephone. He/She is responsible for setting the tone for the rest of the customer service experience the client will receive. He/She must answer the phone with approved greeting enthusiastically and help clients or direct them to the person that can help them.

Duties:

  • Answer all phone calls by second ring

  • Always use approved script when booking appointments

  • Assist Customers in scheduling appointments for service, sales and maintenance appointments

  • Gather all information required for booking appointment and enter it in the computer accurately and timely

  • Transfer phone calls to the appropriate extension

  • Make outbound phone calls to our club customers and previous clients when work is needed

  • Greet any walk in clients

  • Assist in any day to day office operations (i.e. filing, typing up proposals, direct mailings, any special projects from managers)

  • Relieve Service Dispatcher during breaks, lunch and after they leave for the day
