The essential duties of a HVAC Lead Installer are to prepare, organize, complete, and review installation jobs. We believe we have the very best install teams around and as an Install Lead, you are in charge of preparing your team for success each day. You will be expected to work very closely and communicate effectively with the installation and warehouse teams. In this position, efficiency and attention to detail are critical skills to have. You will be expected to complete jobs on time and under budget; helping achieve T&G’s financial goals and exceed our customers’ expectations. This is a Full-Time hourly position with a competitive wage and benefits package.

Primary Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):

  • Efficiently and accurately perform a variety of installations relating to heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilating systems in residential homes
  • Review paperwork and video feed of the job site before starting a job
  • Ensure jobs are properly staged; sign off on job quality checklist
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
  • Secure payment for installation
  • Training and developing Install Assistants
  • Uphold, support, and engage in our purpose and core values

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year HVAC field installation experience
  • Knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes
  • EPA Certified
  • Ability to draw and read simple diagrams and blue prints
  • Have strong, effective communication skills
  • Be highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
  • Must have a valid drivers licenses and be able to pass a background check and drug test
