We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our HVAC installation team!  We need someone who has experience installing HVAC equipment (furnaces, A/Cs and boilers), wants to work for a growing, people-focused company, and enjoy making customers for life.

The essential duties of a HVAC Lead Installer are to prepare, organize, complete, and review installation jobs, and lead your team by example.  In this position, efficiency and attention to detail are critical skills to have. You will play a critical role in completing jobs at or under budget; helping achieve T&G’s financial goals and exceed our customers’ expectations. This is a Full-Time hourly position with a competitive wage! 


Primary Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):

  • Efficiently and accurately perform a variety of installations relating to heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilating systems in residential homes
  • Review paperwork and video feed of the job site before starting a job
  • Ensure jobs are properly staged; sign off on job quality checklist
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
  • Secure payment for installation
  • Training and developing Install Assistants
  • Uphold, support, and engage in our purpose and core values

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5 years HVAC residential installation experience
  • Experience installing boilers
  • Knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes
  • EPA Certified
  • Ability to draw and read simple diagrams and blue prints
  • Have strong, effective communication skills
  • Be highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
