Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated individuals to assist our seasoned trades staff to perform quality HVAC/Plumbing repairs and installations for our customers.  Must be mechanically inclined, have a valid drivers license, a good listener and willing to take direction. Employment contingent on ability to pass a physical and drug test. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Every day you will be in contact with other employees, customers, and contractors, so excellent communication skills are key. Excellent opportunities will be available for those individuals who excel in our team environment and exhibit a talent for working with customers.

 

Skills/Abilities:
Ability to identify and effectively use hand tools including hammers, screwdrivers and wrenches.

Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanical principles. Ability to move and work in confined spaces, up and down ladders and to work from ladders and scaffolding.

Ability to occasionally work outside during inclement conditions 

Must be able to work effectively both as an assistant to others and able to perform clearly defined tasks with minimal supervision.

Must be able to deal with difficult people effectively 

Pre and post employment drug and alcohol testing will be required.

A driver’s license and criminal records check will be conducted prior to an offer of employment being made
