Can you take a prototype blueprint and machine the finished part? If you said ‘yes’, then you may be the key person Roush is looking for to produce precision work. This position is located in Livonia, MI.




  • Minimum five years’ CNC Horizontal Machining Center and Vertical Machining Center experience that includes setup and operating.
  • Minimum five years’ job shop/prototype experience.
  • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with G & M codes.
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints with GD&T tolerancing.
  • Experience cutting all types of metal: steel, stainless steel, aluminum and cast iron.
  • Experience working with Fanuc controls.
  • Must be able to inspect own work.
  • Must have own tools.
  • Must be available to work overtime when necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • 5 Axis milling experience.
  • Experience in multi-horizontal machine centers with pallet system.
  • Makino and/or Mazak experience.
