Are you a top notch CNC Machinist experienced running topend precision machined parts? If you said ‘yes’, then you may be the key personRoush is looking for to produce precision work. This is an afternoon shift position located at our Livonia, MIfacility. This is NOT a high volume CNC Operator position.
Minimum five years’ operating CNC HorizontalMachining Center and/or Vertical Machining Center.
Minimum five years’ job shop/low volumeprecision machined components.
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with G& M codes including program editing as a CNC Machinist.
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience cutting all types of metal: steel,stainless steel, aluminum and cast iron.
Must be able to inspect own work as a CNCMachinist.
Must have own tools.
Must be available to work overtime whennecessary.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in set-up of repeat jobs.
Makino and/or Mazak experience.
Experience reading blue print GD&T as a CNCMachinist.
