Job Duties:

The primary mission of the Comfort Advisor/ HVAC Sales for C&C Heating is to sell residential HVAC equipment.  The Comfort Advisor’s primary responsibilities are to provide quotes and advice on equipment installation.  This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.


  • Responsible for handling all sales leads furnished by the company in a timely and professional manner and communicating the disposition of each lead with the Sales Lead Coordinator
  • Accurately design and quote solutions for residential customers.
  • Responsible for executing proper follow up procedures with every customer
  • Responsible for research necessary to perform selling (prospecting/qualifying) activities
  • Meets or exceeds monthly targeted sales goals
  • Communicates across departments to ensure smooth business operations and customer installations
  • Insures that client expectations are met and kept throughout the duration of the project to insure complete customer satisfaction
  • Complete paperwork to ensure a proper installation of equipment for customer


  • 2-3 years of sales experience is preferred
  • In home sales experience will be considered in lieu of HVAC sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications including Windows and MS Office
