Soave Enterprises has an opening for a Staff Accountant.
Typical Duties include:
- Preparation of monthly financial statements for multiple entities;
- Maintain work papers for all balance sheet accounts monthly and prepare monthly journal entries;
- Review general ledger postings and make correcting journal entries;
- Prepare all monthly bank reconciliations;
- Prepare and post deposits weekly;
- Prepare annual personal property tax and sales returns;
- Assist with entries into Job Cost system;
- Maintain Inter-company accounts and billing;
- Perform other duties as assigned by Accounting Manager & Corporate Controller.
- 1 year experience;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word;
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
- Previous experience with JD Edwards a plus;
- Able to pass required background check and drug screening.
